July 16th, 2008: Absinthe Arsenal: Reloaded It's been a little slow the past month or so (hence the filler non-absinthe reviews), but breathe a sigh of relief, because TARN has just received over a dozen new brands. Look for our first absinthe cocktail review in the near future along with reviews of more mainstream favourites than ever. But for the time being you'll just have to be content with a review of Absente, four new photos in the gallery, including the Photo of the Month for July, and an article detailing the massive popularity surge from absinthe in the US.
6/25: What a grand day it is! Our good friends at the Artemesia distillery detailed how the absinthe market will play out over the next year, and apparently it's coming at us quicker than anyone imagined with the release of over two dozen brands on the horizon. Read about it here! Not to be outdone, we have a double dose of absinthe reviews. Montmartre is a very different absinthe...but is it too offbeat to satisfy the palate of absintheurs?
